Experience Dental Receptionist
Looking for a part time Experience dental receptionist for a family general dental practice. (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

We are looking for a dependable & caring individual to coordinate appointments, arrange financial agreements, & follow up with insurance reimbursements. Candidate must be a fast learner who possesses an outstanding customer service background, excellent communication, & computer skills.

This position requires 1-2 years Dental Receptionist experience and the ability to work well in an insurance based office.

. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and schedule appointments
  • Enter patient data into office computer system (Eaglesoft)
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Coordinate patient appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
